The Study On Development Strategy Of DHI·DCW Group Co.Ltd.

Strategic problem of a enterprise’s development,is the realistic problem that the new large enterprises in our country have needed to consider and solve under the background of globalization of economy,the rapidly development of science and technology and China’s entry into the WTO.It is not only a strategic choice problem which related to the survival and development of the enterprises but also the life-and-death problem related to national industry. Meanwhile,the center of the world equipment manufacturing transfer to our country in grads,China has adhered to take a new road to industrialization which can fully implement strategy of rejuvenating the old industrial base in the northeast of China,these are also conducive to accelerate cultivating large-scale enterprise and developing the core competitiveness. But because of the fast changing business environment,the enterprise is unable to formulate a meticulous and determined strategic plan to participate in the market competition.So,under this highly uncertain condition, an enterprise maintain a fully elastic strategic plan become particularly important for quickly adapt to the changing environment.By analyzing the current situation of the external and intemal environment,and competitors of DHI·DCW Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter called DHI·DCW),this thesis makes research and analysis on resources and capacity,advantages and disadvantages,risks and opportunities,etc.of the enterprise specifically during the transition from planned economy to market economy and during the process of globalization of world economy,to locate the conflicts and problems of the enterprise;and basing on relevant strategical management theories and by giving a thorough, scientific and dialectic analysis on the development situation and key resource elements of DHI·DCW and on problems restricting promotion and development of the enterprise,this thesis gives an explanation of the living situation,operational direction and competition strategy of the enterprise in the competition, and provides strategic target and plan for the development of the enterprise, which may as well be a good reference to all other similar enterprises of the same industry.
