The company’s survival condition has been so difficult. Because the devaluation of Yen and the manpower increasing in China, the software company, especially the minor enterprise just to Japan, was in trouble for the less competitive.At the same time, the development of new technology of internet has been changing with each passing day. Cloud computing, major data and internet of things have changed deeply people’s production and life. Software didn’t depend on hardware. The time of software custom-made is coming. Software products are coming thick and fast, and the software industry has a good future. One side is the treat of economic recession; another side is a rare opportunity to technical outlook, the software company, especially minor software company, how to deal with?!This paper selected a software outsourcing company, which has been growing up in Dalian, introduced the development process of the company, anglicizing its external environment and internal environment, and fined its main problems. Comparing with its strategic target, fined the subjective causes and the objective causes. By using the SWOT analysis model, the paper come up with new strategy, and discussed the rules for the new strategy. It has a certain reference for the same type of Software Company.
