Management game (MG) is an international enterprise-training course designed by Canegie Mellon University in1957. The target of the course is to train the trainees how to build up strategy in uncertain&competitive circumference under high pressure. The course is to do the comprehensive exercise to ensure the realization of the strategy for the company facing the competitive marketing circumference, all of the companies need to define the strategy on marketing, production, fiancial, R&D and so on. The students operate the international enterprise-training company by define&realize the company strategy with management team’s cooperation under uncertainty&pressure.PUNC watch Ltd.Co (PUNC Inc.) is the company operated by MBA student of northeastern University of year2007. There are six members in the management group, each of them palys the role as CEO, CMO of Genari, CMO of Glories,COO of Genari, COO of Glories&CFO. As the COO, I take charge of Glories production strategy planning, complementation&adjustment.Firstly, the article takes analysis on the running condition of PUNC Inc., We make the production strategy plan based on the analysis of historical data&operating target of Y2009-2011. Secondly, it describes the strategy implementation, evaluation&adjustment in the actual simulated operation, and make summary&analysis of strategy layout&execution. Finally, on the basis of the last3years’ running results of PUNC Inc., it gives out the development proposal&production strategy planning.
