XXX Communication Planning and Design Institute is a historic communications services company, founded in the1980s, mainly provide information and communication system design, consulting, network planning, installation, commissioning, maintenance, optimization, systems integration and related technical training and other services. The second half of2009, the enterprise group companies make strategic adjustments, the new TD-CDMA network engineering services fully integrated into the Institute. Now the original resource integration strategy meet the competitive environment, resulting in declining margins and so on, need to be integrated through resource optimization capabilities to meet the needs of the development of competition.As market competition intensifying, the internal and external environment has undergone major changes, the company facing falling margins and a deceleration in earnings growth. Resources integration strategy of the original has not adapt to the competitive environment, needs to optimize the integration of resources, in order to meet the needs of the development of competition. The main works as follows:Through in-depth business environment investigation, study strategic choice and competition goals, thinking and innovative business models, regard the resource integrate and optimize as the breakthrough point, identify, select, allocate and integrate resources efficiently. On this basis, creating new resources value, resulting in cost advantages and competitive differentiation.The study model of resources integration and optimization has a certain reference guide for the same type of business.
