Research And Design Of Company's Purchase Management System Under Supply Chain Environment

Since 1980s, in order to catch the rapid development of international commerce and the strict demand of customers, enterprises began to manage supply chain and improve purchasing methods because purchasing was gradually became an important composition of supply chain management. Purchasing management is more and more crucial in that it is the core to boost enterprise benefits and raise their competition abilities. However, because of the negative effect of enterprise traditions, many domestic companies are weak in purchasing management and hard to apply modern supply chain management. Despite some of them recognize and accept logistics, their operation hardly change in a close-formed market competition.This dissertation introduces basic theories regarding supply chain and purchasing management firstly, and then proposes the optimized construction of purchase management system and fundamental mode under supply chain management, based on the comparison of traditional purchasing management and purchasing management under supply chain environment, To deeper analyze these layers and the fundamental mode, take those as the article main line, this dissertation investigates the selection method and evaluation indexes method, as well as the future development of effective supplier relationship, researches the organization architecture, purchasing management process and manager group in operation layer, finally designs a enterprise purchasing management information system under supply chain environment. At last, this dissertation explicates a company's application of purchasing management system optimization on its'sourcing on the basis of CO'project under supply chain environment.
