Through the investigation found several important factorsof R&D personnel satisfaction of A company is low, that assessment mechanism, salarylevel, working environment, promotion system, training system, corporate culture and otheraspects are not recognized. Through the analysis of the problems, put forward thecorresponding improvement measures: to establish a scientific salary system, performanceappraisal system, to establish training as the basis of construction of occupation careerplanning, people-oriented corporate culture, so as to enhance the A R&D staff enthusiasmand work efficiency.
