Along with the globalization and the coming of the information age, a large number ofsmall and medium-sized software enterprises are constantly emerging. The softwareindustry is a knowledge intensive industry relies more on R&D personnel skill and ability, inother words, R&D personnel’s working efficiency and achievement directly determines thecompetitiveness of software enterprises. Therefore, research on incentive mechanism of R&D personnel is very important.A company is a first-class Chinese software company, for a long time, construction of theincentive mechanism of software R&D personnel and improvement is an important issue inenterprise development. Working enthusiasm of company A software R&D personnel hasdeclined, the team cooperation problems have become increasingly prominent, R&Dpersonnel on the company’s satisfaction is in decline, this let A realized that R&D personnelincentive mechanism of potential in must change, otherwise will inevitably lead to the loss oftalent, enterprise efficiency decline.I view of R&D personnel of A company motivation mechanism in the existingproblems, through questionnaires and depth interviews, the specific performance of R&D personnel in A company incentive mechanism, carries on the investigationof satisfaction from several welfare salary, colleague relationship, promotion, jobitself, enterprise management etc.. Through the investigation found several important factorsof R&D personnel satisfaction of A company is low, that assessment mechanism, salarylevel, working environment, promotion system, training system, corporate culture and otheraspects are not recognized. Through the analysis of the problems, put forward thecorresponding improvement measures: to establish a scientific salary system, performanceappraisal system, to establish training as the basis of construction of occupation careerplanning, people-oriented corporate culture, so as to enhance the A R&D staff enthusiasmand work efficiency.
