Private enterprises boomed since last eighties in China, and some of them already became world famous. Meanwhile, risks and challenges never stopped, especially the employee attrition when competed with the state-owned enterprises.This article studies the case of employee attrition in Company BT, and proposes a series of scientific and feasible solutions to help the company to get rid of the employee attrition problem.This article is Case Study, includes introduction, case, analysis, solution and conclusion. The first part introduces the study aim, the way of thinking and analysis method. The second part introduces the case, includes the performance management, compensation and benefit, training and career management of Company BT. The third part analyzes the case, based on the scientific theories to reveal the problems in this company’s human resource management. The fourth part is the focus of this article, proposes solution base on the analysis, that is to set up perfect C&B system and effective performance management system, to improve the recruiting and training plan, and to found the clear career path.The writer accumulated a lot of theory evidence through MBA courses, and got the data support through the case study. Combined with the situation of employee attrition in Company BT, this article states the harm of employee attrition to the company. At last, this article proposes a series of solutions for the human resource management of Company BT, which can not only control the employee attrition of this company, but also be a good lesson for other companies.
