Study On The Effect Of Interregional Technology Transaction Network On Regional Innovation Output

In the era of economic globalization and networking, a region can get technological innovation through its own R&D activities, which can also absorb external knowledge by means of market transactions and R&D cooperation to promote technological innovation. With the constant improvement of China’s technology market and the rapid increase of all kinds of technical market contracts, Cross-regional technology trading is gradually becoming an effective way to optimize regional resource allocation and improve regional innovation ability.Based on the contagion model of social network theory, using China’s31provinces’ technology market contracts of electronic information field and biological medicine field in2006-2010, through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper firstly illustrates the mechanism of interregional technology transfer network acting on regional innovation output, then use social network analysis method to study on interregional technology transfer network’s features of structural cohesion and structural equivalence. At last, this paper expands the knowledge production function by introducing variables of network node behavior, then examines electronic information field and biological medicine field’s influence of interregional technology transfer network on regional innovation output, and discuss the regulation of regional knowledge absorptive capacity, in order to reveal the relationship between interregional technology transfer network, knowledge absorptive capacity and regional innovation output. The results show that:(1) Interregional technology transfer network play a positive role in promoting regional innovation output, electronic information field trend to acquire new knowledge through imitating the behavior of competitors with similar structure; biological medicine field trend to acquire new knowledge in mutual network.(2) Knowledge absorptive capacity has regulating effect on relationship between interregional technology transfer network and regional innovation output, regions with high and low absorptive capacity can both achieve regional technology innovation’s aim through embedding interregional technology transfer network.
