Research On Landless Farmers’ Social Security Problem In Longcheng District Of Chaoyang City

With the rapid development of market economy in our country, all of the large, medium and small cities across the country are expanding city construction, new town, new district have sprung up around, the urban area expanded gradually, followed a large amount of farmers’ land has been expropriated, farmers were forced to leave their homes, became landless farmers, the number of landless farmers increasingly, and a lot of them swarm into cities, but can not get social security benefits like urban population, landless farmers’ social security problems stand out gradually, received extensive attention of the whole society.Combined the comparative analysis, theoretical research and comprehensive analysis method to analyse the life and present situation of the landless farmers social security of Longcheng district of Chaoyang city, to find out the problems and reasons of the landless farmers social security. When reference the domestic and foreign relevant experience to improve the scheme of the region’s existing social security, the suggestions to perfect the landless farmers’ social security system construction, and analysis its effectiveness and feasibility; Then put forward the improvement scheme of supporting measures, to ensure the improved full scheme put into effect.
