Nowadays China became the manufacture factory of the world. As the rapid economic development and enlargement of productive resources and labor forces cost, the financial status of the enterprises is highly impacted. It is the key factor for enterprise to obtain competence advantage that lean production is used inside enterprise in order to reduce waste and improve financial status. This thesis studies the present situation of air compressor rotator project and proposes a plan how to optimize the resolution program of the production line and its implement on the basis of lean production management theory. First, the thesis analyzes the financial status of the production line. Then, it states how to reduce the production cost and short the lead time with the lean production theory. Finally it constructs standard production process and new product technical development process to decrease the production cost and improve the financial status. The thesis uses theory to instruct the practice and improve the new project. The thesis studies the lean production strategy as list.Firstly, the thesis introduces research background, significance and situation, content and method in introduction, which provides solid base for research of the lean management. Secondly, the thesis analyses various reasons for the present situation of air compressor rotator project from product development and product management control. Then, on the basis of the study result, the thesis designs and optimizes the product production process program, improves product development technical process and production planning process system. It verifies feasibility and validity through implementing optimized scheme. Finally, the thesis compares and analyzes the effect of the optimized scheme and brings up with improve measure.The thesis study perfects the product production, development process and production planningprocess of the air compressor rotator product line. It provides models and methods for future import of various projects as well as the enlightenment and reference in lean management practice for relevant enterprises. The thesis has limitation which arises from non-capability of fully verifying its reasonability due to the short time to implement the new product technical development process.
