Chinese Small And Medium Private Enterprises It Leaders Competency On BP Network

With the continuous development of economic and technologica l,the IT industry of China is growing contribution to the national e conomy. Small and medium private IT companiesis an important com ponent of the IT industry,devoting to technological innovation.Howe ver,In recent years the situation is not optimistic,annual attrition rate of up to30%,The average life expectancy is only3-5years.Some companies are holding or acquisition of foreign capital,others close down early,Leaders competency is the important reason.This paper a ttempts to build competency model of small and medium private en terprises IT leaders with Chinese characteristics, verify the correlatio n of small private enterprise IT leaders Competency Model and Ent erprise Performance.The paper attempt to indentify the management deficiencies and point the direction of improvement.This research mainly adopts the investigation method of the qu estionnaire, totally collects200questionnaires, and140questionnaire s were available,the effective rate is70%. And use SPSS software to analysis the collected questionnaires. It executes descriptive statistic s analysis, reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and re gression analysis.The major findings of this study are as follow.Leader’s persona1qualities for the role of competency have a positive correlation,ma nagement has a positive impact on the leader competency,integration and professional competence have a positive impact on the leader competency.
