Automobile industry is one of the keystone industries of the social economy. Theindustry acquired a great opportunity for development in accordance with the growthof the total economy. Investment played a great role in the growth of China’seconomy and Truck companies also got a great increase during this period because ofthe correlation between the truck and the investment. Since2014, the increase rates ofmacro economy dropped down in comparison with that of years before. Housinginvestment dropped a lot accordingly and the increasing pressure of energy,environment and traffic become constraint for governments to promote thedevelopment of Automobile Industries, especially for the Truck Industries. Buyingproducts through internet has become more and more an habit for common person,Electric Business developed a lot and speed of trains got a dramatic raise. All thesefactors give people more conveniences in travelling and trains get more involved inthe competition of product transportation. Automobile industry has been influencedby all these and more and more competition has been seen between companies.The economy decreased, but big investment of the automobile industry has beenmade because of the previous judges. The product capacities are releasing while theeconomy is dropping which give companies great cost pressures. The deflation,continuous dropping of PPI slow down the circulation of turnover rate of companies’capital. Population structure changed and the advantage of having plenty of low-costlabors has been weakened. Companies face more and more about how to get valuablelabor resources to gain competition advantage, and this also cost more on companies.The article is prepared based on reading reference and the observation of Acompany’s actual work. Research and summary of actual work in material flow ofAutomobile Parts Companies were made in this article. It consists of incomingmaterial flow, production material flow and delivery material flow. Suggestions ofhow to standardize and integrate information flow, product flow, work flow and capital flow are also included. Examples and measures have been given fromorganization level and operation level. The purpose is to help enterprises with middleor small size use the philosophy of lean logistic easily, optimize cost continually withvariety of tools and methods, improve the management, enhance the reaction speedand could compete better in new situation.
