Electricity is the basis of our national production of energy and power, but alsothe people’s daily life indispensable energy. The power company grid system as a baseunit, in social development has played a very active role. Management of electricitysupply as the main management company that manages a large extent influence thelevel of economic power company, will have some impact on their social andmanagement efficiency. In recent years, vigorously under the national grid smart gridconstruction, and electricity integrated automation system construction is the one ofthe major construction projects. By conducting electricity integrated automationsystem project, it can effectively improve the traditional drawbacks of electricitymanagement, improve the recovery of electricity, improve the efficiency of electricitymanagement. LJ power company to respond positively to the call of the national grid,but also to carry out internal electricity integrated automation system project, and theproject was carried out after the assessment, economic, social and managementefficiency in order to better grasp the project undertaken for further improvement andimprove the electricity integrated automation system lessons, but also provide areference for other power companies to undertake similar projects.This paper is divided into six parts, the first part of the preface which introduces thebackground, significance, main content and methods. The second part is the theoryand methods of assessment of the project and describes the project development statusat home and abroad after the evaluation. The third part provides an overview of riskfactors for the current management of the electricity supply companies in the face,including the external aspects of internal power company risk factors and electricitycustomers of credit risk factors. The fourth and fifth part is mainly based on LJ powercompany as the main object, its implementation of electricity projects of integratedautomation systems are introduced, and the economic, social, three levels ofmanagement efficiency integrated power company LJ automation system projectswere assessed to obtain the final conclusions of the assessment. The sixth part issummary and outlook section of this article, summarizes the main contents of thispaper, the development of electricity and automation systems in the future. We hopethat results of this study can provide electricity management to enhance the level ofChina’s power companies to provide some help.
