| Economic development needs structural adjustment and the development of service industry is no exception.The reason why our country attaches so much importance to the optimization and upgrading of modern service industry structure is determined by the specific realistic background.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has maintained rapid growth for more than 40 years.At present,China's total GDP has jumped to the second largest in the world and its total economic output has made tremendous achievements.From the development of China's service industry,in 2018,service industry continued to lead three industries,and the proportion of added value of service industry in GDP rose to 52.2%.Although the service industry has developed rapidly,it still lags behind the developed countries.From the perspective of the development process and overall pattern of service industry,the extensive traditional labor-intensive service industry with low technology content has absolute advantages,the knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive modern service industry lags behind seriously,and the contradiction between the rapid growth of people's demand and the inadequacy and shortage of services is prominent.All these problems are related to the unbalanced development of modern service industry structure in China to varying degrees.Therefore,accelerating the adjustment of the overall structure of China's modern service industry is of great significance for improving the quality of development of modern service industry,stimulating the vitality of development of modern service industry,transforming the mode of economic development of China,and enhancing China's international status.This article is mainly discussed from the following five parts:Part one: Through the interpretation of modern service industry,modern service industry structure and other related concepts,the basic connotation of the optimization and upgrading of modern service industry structure is clearly defined,which lays an important foundation for the research and discussion of this article.At the same time,combining with the reality of our country,the paper expounds the important significance of promoting the optimization and upgrading of the structure of our modern service industry.Part two: From the perspective of the study of Sinicization of Marxism,combing and drawing lessons from classical Marxism and Sinicization of Marxism and Western scholars on the optimization and upgrading of modern service industry structure,to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the optimization and upgrading of modern service industry structure in China.Part three : Combining with the reality of our country,objective analysis points out the main problems facing the optimization and upgrading of the structure of modern service industry in our country: general structure is unreasonable,the management main body development lags behind,bottleneck restricting factors of no breakthrough,government management ability is not strong,the support is insufficient,imperfect laws and regulations,imperfect management responsibility mechanism.Part four: Expounds the practical experience of the United States and Japan in promoting the optimization and upgrading of modern service industry structure: optimizing the basic environment;Providing effective fiscal and taxation support policies;Perfecting relevant laws and regulations;Building a modern service industry agglomeration area.To provide a reference for promoting the optimization and upgrading of the structure of modern service industry in China.Part five: The paper puts forward some solutions to the problems faced by the optimization and upgrading of the structure of modern service industry in China: rationally adjusting the overall structure of modern service industry;speeding up the cultivation of the main body of modern service industry operation;breaking the bottleneck of factors;strengthening the government's management ability and policy support;and improving the relevant laws and regulations and the mechanism of supervision and accountability. |
