Our country is an agricultural developing country, it has large population, more than700million farmers are the main body in agricultural production,260million farmers are the main production base in China. So as to achieve the goal of agricultural resources transformation, the farmers are important, it is important to optimize our country peasant household production behavior. Rice in grain production and consumption of our country has always been dominant, its stable production for ensuring food security is of great significance in our country. In recent years, China’s rice planting area of jianghan plain is decrease significantly, rice planting structure is changing, in fact, in the process of rapid urbanization, industrialization farmers decision-making behavior changes in a realistic results. Under the existing rural land system, as a result of the decision-making behavior of peasant household in agriculture production structure change and the important factors influence the stable supply of agricultural products. Therefore, only from the perspective of the decision-making behavior of farmers to analyze the model change of rice planting in jianghan plain, to reveal the root cause of it, and to find the feasible countermeasures.In this paper, the theory of farmer behavior theory is based on theoretical and empirical analysis, research methods such as qualitative and quantitative analysis of farmers planting season rice production Honghu conduct systematic research. This paper studies the behavior of grown produce from farmers planting season rice planting season rice production and the impact of the main elements into perspective. The use of large amounts of data on changes in Honghu City season rice planting area, season rice and other food crops production objective analysis; advantage of Honghu. five towns10villages250season rice farmers planting survey data, the status of the planting season rice farmers were producing behavior descriptive analysis; Honghu planting season rice farmers from other factors that influence the behavior of other aspects of nature, the farmers themselves, funding and policy research; Finally, the model inputs from variety selection, capital and labor perspective of Honghu season rice farmers planting conduct empirical analysis.This study shows that:farmers planting season rice varieties to choose behaviors influence of external factors affecting rural culture, rural grassroots organizations, agricultural extension service system by, as well as by farmers and cultural qualities of the new breed of farmer attitudes and other internal factors of influence. Wherein the high level of education, large-scale planting season rice, medium rice yield per mu of high or received relevant technical training farmers more willing to choose high-quality medium rice varieties; from capital investment, the growing family-scale farmers, the average household education level, arable land area, family business income, the level of expectation of the minimum purchase price of rice to season rice growers whether funding was a significant positive correlation between affected and non-farm employment ratio of medium rice growers whether funding was significantly negatively related effects. Finally, the impact on the labor input in terms of annual household income of farmers per mu labor structure was significantly positively related impacts, the average education level of family farmers planting season rice area per capita household, whether the family has a large agricultural machinery for farmers mu labor was a significant negative correlation affected. Under the same conditions, taking into account the substitution effect of capital and labor inputs, season rice growers to increase labor inputs have a negative impact on the season rice production. |
