| With the highly competition in construction market, project cost management has become an important issue of survival and development in a construction enterprise. In recent years, there are many project cost management problems in a premium enterprise, and which have directly affected the economic efficiency and market competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, I proposed solutions for project cost management in this enterprise, and has achieved good results in practice.This paper takes a premium construction enterprise as a typical example, firstly analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of the project cost management in the enterprise, mainly to the imperfect control system in the cost management and the lack of project cost management in the whole process control, ect. Then, we propose the solutions of project cost management in the construction enterprise, and put forward a refined cost management to achieve the reform of the enterprise in the project cost management. Practice shows that, through the refined management of project cost can effectively reduce costs, improve profitability and competitiveness of the enterprise. At the same time, this study also provides references of the project cost management to the construction counterparts. |
