Valves as a kind of general machinery products, widely used in different areas of thenational economic production, in recent years, with the high-speed development of China’seconomic and social, as the result of the demand of valve product is growing, Chinese valveindustry has entered a rapid development period. However, with the advent of globaleconomic integration era, the valve market environment is becoming more and morecomplex, market competition is increasingly fierce, how to survive and develop in thetreacherous market competition is an important problem, which is worthy of thinking deeplyfor valve enterprise recently.This paper takes zhejiang XX valve co., LTD as the research object, on the basis ofindicating the research background, research significance, research status at home andabroad and the research ideas and methods, combing related theory of the enterprise marketdevelopment strategy systematically, at the same time, illustrating the company’s marketdevelopment present situation and the existing problems, respectively by companydevelopment, market distribution, the company’s market development problems and thereasons for the problem, then the external environment of the company industry were studiedby taking advantage of (PEST) analysis of macro environment, industry environment,competitive environment analysis, meanwhile, combining the resources of the enterprise, theenterprise market marketing ability, enterprise financial and enterprise management statusquo of internal environment analysis, and the external opportunities and threats, internaladvantages and disadvantages of the SWOT analysis to study firm market developmentstrategy and implementation of security measures, then indicating the core links should becompleted in the market development strategy formulation process, such as clearingcorporate vision and mission, determining the enterprise market development strategic target,putting forward the enterprise market development strategic choice, and further clearingmarket positioning and target market segment. In the implementation of security, combinedwith current situation of the development of company, putting forward the feasible strategies,respectively from the market development strategy of resource allocation, leadership role instrategic implementation stage, strategic adjustment of enterprise organization in the processof implementing, the cultivation of enterprise culture in the process of implementing, information feedback and strategic control and so on. Finally, to summarize the full text,comb the research process and draw the research conclusion.
