In the past ten years, is the real estate industry development of golden decade. With the expansion of the scale of industry, real estate as one of the most important pillar industry in our country. Although the real estate industry has experienced rapid development, but need to see, the real estate industry is gradually increase systemic risk. With the deepening of the real estate regulation and control, industry environment on a new challenge to enterprise development, make the real estate companies have to rethink, what kind of development path for the development of the enterprise. Thus, external environment and internal conditions must be fully assess and analysis, from the perspective of enterprise development, and make a quite long period of overall strategic planning is imperative. Clear development strategy will be to the future of the company’s each work to provide a positive promoting and guiding role, the ultimate goal is to achieve the economic benefits of the enterprise. For real estate enterprises, therefore, to develop a scientific development strategy to adapt to changes in environmental planning is a practical significance.This paper studies to C real estate company’s development strategy as the research key, C real estate company founded in2003, since its establishment, relying on traffic group resource advantages, to the traffic property concept of real estate industry. After nearly10years of investment management, C real estate company for the group company’s assets adjustment, resource integration, industry development and the value has played a positive role, have a certain competitiveness and development potential. Through the analysis of the C real estate company internal and external environment, Timely understand the future development opportunities and challenges faced by enterprises,and by adopting the combination of empirical research and theoretical research research train of thought, comprehensive analysis and discussion on the related enterprise strategy and planning, combined with the policy and economic environment, put forward the core strategy for the enterprise sustainable development.Through the study of this paper, The development strategy of C real estate company to rely on the influence in Zhejiang province, brand resources and strength of the project, in the development of residential industry, the multiple development of commercial real estate, with the modern enterprise management system with5-10 years building, become stronger and higher influence in the province’s real estate enterprises.
