In this paper, a method to study the model predictive control loop supply chainnetwork coordination model and solving algorithm under conditions ofuncertainty.Analyzes the remanufacturing and returns a consideration of three-echelonclosed-loop supply chain and a closed-loop supply chain considering recycling center,key consideration loop supply chain production and inventory control, inventorybalance was constructed corresponding mathematical models and using modelpredictive control theory methods to control the production and inventory, reduce thebullwhip effect and the simulation curve is ideal, achieve the desired purpose. Forenterprises to provide a theoretical guidance for the closed-loop supply chain inventorycontrol. The main work of this paper are:First, explained the background of the closed-loop supply chains, analyzed thecurrent situation and lack of closed-loop supply chain research, a new researchdirection;Second, the basic theory of closed-loop supply chain system were summarized,including: the concept of supply chain, reverse logistics definition, and then extendedto the closed-loop supply chain concepts, background, and field implementation,design principles, implementation issues; through two typical closed-loop supplychain operations to explore ways the image;Third, the basic theory of model predictive control are described, and theresearch status of model predictive control in the supply chain are briefly reviewed.Introduced the issue of the bullwhip effect;Fourth, for a consideration of remanufacturing and returns the three-echelonclosed-loop supply chain inventory established equilibrium state space model, and then estimate and forecast the state of the objective function have been described,made the necessary formulas are derived.A numerical example simulation,respectively unconstrained and constrained two cases to solve. Get production,inventory, bullwhip effect performance curve;Fifth, consider for a recycling center to establish a closed-loop supply chaininventory equilibrium state space model, and then estimate and forecast the state ofthe objective function have been described, made the necessary formulas arederived.A numerical example simulation, respectively unconstrained and constrainedtwo cases to solve. Get production, inventory, bullwhip effect performance curve;Finally, we summarize the innovation of this paper, this paper points out thelimitations and the need to further improve and further research directions.
