As market competition intensifies,organizations subject to many pressures and challenges,it does not work that chinese companies have a competitive advantage rely on imitation products,innovation is more and more important for enterprise development,seeking to the method to enhance organizational innovation capability become a competitive advantage key.But organizational innovation is achieved ultimately by organizationalemployees,how to motivate employees innovative behavior are most concerned by business community and academia.In practice,the organization uses a variety of means to stimulate employee innovative behavior,which is an important means of performance appraisal,however,the existingresearch results show that: the enterprise usually used to assess oriented performanceappraisal and it is no significant the positive effects for innovation behavior.Therefore,to explore the mechanism of action on how to avoid the adverse impact of appraisal performance on employee behavior has important significance innovation for enterprises.According to an important factor in social psychology perspective,the intrinsic characteristics of individuals and organizations are situational factors influence innovativebehavior, and employees innovative behavior is the result of interaction between the individual and the organization.This paper argues that individual goal orientation are important variables that influence employee behavior,and enterprise management tools havean impact on employee behavior through the influence of individual goal orientation.Therefore, this article first studied goal orientation of individual employees and itsinfluencing factors;then,through questionnaires and SPSS,testing the different target Orientation on innovative behavior,this study found that the evaluation oriented performance appraisal have an adverse impact on staff and innovative, has its roots in this evaluation methods in favor of employees had a negative regulatory role between goal orientation and innovation innovative behavior of employees.Finally, the article pointed out:Since the goal orientation of employees is affectedby many factors,therefore, to correct the adverse effects of performance evaluation canbe brought about through other management tools.And pointing out the specific methods to avoid the adverse effects of performance appraisal for innovation.
