Along with the time progress, the development of economy, promoting the roleof labor resources to the economy is self-evident, including migrant workers, thearmy is in an important part, it is self-evident to China contribution to economicgrowth. Research on the causesand possible impact, and actively put forward corresponding countermeasures, it hasvery important meaning.This paper first gives a brief introduction to the research background ofWenzhou City, the new generation of migrant workers in the management of humanresources, combined with the domestic and foreign existing research foundation, defines the concept of the new generation of migrant workers and humanresources, in the way of sampling investigation in Wenzhou city are analyzed.The new generation of peasant workers present human resources situation, find outthecharacteristics of population, birth before and in1980compared to migrantworkers, to fully understand the uniqueness of the new generation of migrantworkers, to visit forum form to understand the situation of the employing units inthe aspects of human resource management of Wenzhou City, the new generation ofmigrant workers, analysis of its impact, and proposed the corresponding solutionmeasures, in order to improve the efficiency of the new generation ofmigrantworkers human resource management.
