Research Supplier Performance Evaluation Method About Q Enterprice

As marketing economic operations increase, the demand of enterprise insides control for domestic and overseas manager becomes more accurate. The management of supplier, which is the forward position of controlling business costs, has the characteristics of extensive management scope, dispersed control node, numerous evaluation index, complex internal relations and so on. The result of performance appraisal of management over supplier has a significant impact on the success of the enterprise’s management over the supplier. Therefore, lots of enterprises are devoted to look for right method of performance appraisal based on scientific and reasonable theoretical basis.The performance appraisal of the supplier of enterprise Q was completely and deeply analyzed in this thesis based on large numbers of literature and practical investigation.(1) Through the analysis of Q enterprise existing supplier performance evaluation and the2002annual supplier performance evaluation, the results showed the advantages and disadvantages of existing supplier performance management and the deficiency of the evaluation about Q.(2) Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of2012Q enterprise data to evaluate supplier evaluation, by comparing the results of the existing methods to find the differences, and analyze the differences and infer the analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation index of the preliminary idea of merger.(3) Again using data envelopment analysis for Q2012supplier evaluation data to evaluate, through and the existing evaluation methods of results and the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the results of comparison, find the differences, and focus on the known differences in the focus on the change of the object, summarizes the ways of its own characteristics and disadvantages.(4) Focus on the special objects in data envelopment analysis in the evaluation results and evaluation index of the superposition of merger results in the change, this article finally chooses the supplier performance evaluation method of the calculation method of the operation steps and data. New method of the results obtained compared with existing methods, compared with ideal goals of Q enterprise actual, put forward the method to guide the direction of further improvement.Finally in this thesis, using the new method for the Q enterprise2012supplier data results obtained satisfactory effect, more in line with the corporate goals in terms of supplier management. Prove the rationality, pertinence and adaptability of this method.
