Land is the material foundation of human society’s survival and development, it is an eternal subject to study land use change. With the rapid economic development, land resource has been undergoing great change in using mode and quality. A series of ecological security problems, which are soil erosion, desertification and salinization. Study of land ecological security has become the basis for the field of ecology, it is indispensable significance for ecological security evaluation of land use.In this context, on basis of summarizing the progress of the land use ecological security evaluation at home and abroad, proposed research purpose and significance. Defined research contents and methods, and setted up technical route. Summarized the concepts of ecological security, land ecological security and ecological security evaluation of land use. Through researching land use dynamic change in Panlong Distric, used System Dynamics Model(SD Model) to establish land use ecological safety evaluation system, which composed of population, cultivated land, forest land, construction land, social economy and environmental state. Evaluated land use ecological security in Panlong Distric, and putted forward the countermeasures according to the study of regulation of the evaluation results.The research work and achievements are included in this paper listed as follow:(1) From the amount of land use change, the degree of change, structural change, change intensity four aspects to analyze land use dynamic change of Panlong Distric. In the aspect of land use quantity change, changes in the magnitude and speed very quickly, the area of cultivated land, resident and industry land are changed rapidly and respectively reached-144.61 hectares and 360.79 hectares in five years. The speed of transportation land is the fastest and dynamic level higher than others land use types. In the aspect of land use degree change, variable quantity and change rate all more than 0, it directly reflected Panlong Distric land use is at the development stage. In the aspect of land use structure change, equilibrium degree and information entropy of the spatial structure of the land use are downtrend. However, dominance rose gradually, reflected land use orderly. Resident and industry land, cultivated land, forest land played a core role in change intensity and change contribution rate.(2) Using System Dynamics Model, selected 54 variable factors, which are influence ecological safety of land use. Established land use ecological safety evaluation system, which composed of population, cultivated land, forest land, construction land, social economy and environmental state. Combine appropriateness with behavior history and sensitivity to test land use ecological safety evaluation system in Panlong Distric. The results showed that simulation with good effect and feasible.using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Entropy Method to determine indexs weight, proportion sorted by size is cultivated land, forest land, construction land. Using comprehensive index method to calculate comprehensive index of ecological safety of land use in Panlong Distric, The results showed that the level of land ecology is downtrend and situation is not optimistic.(3) Introducing PSR conceptual model, which was used mature and approbated widely in the aspect of ecological security evaluation of land use. Comparative analysis of two groups results, the degree of deviation 83% was within 5% and 100% within 10%. The results showed that apply SD Model to evaluate ecological security of land use is effective, simulation results are scientific and reasonable.(4) Setted up four scenario simulation models:coordinated development, rapid development, restricted development, natural development. Basis on land use ecological safety evaluation system in Panlong Distric,2016 as the starting point for regulation time, six state variables as core controllable variables, regulating instrumental variable continuously, they can influence state variables. Regulation accord with scenario simulation models and scientific reasonable. After multiple system simulation and comparative analysis of simulation results. The comprehensive evaluation showed that coordinated development models can guarantee social economy, and the area ecological land(cultivated land, forest land) reduce less than before, then the level of land ecology rose gradually. It is optimal scheme for ecological security of land use regulation to help ecological environment protection and social sustainable development.
