Research On The Supply Chain Management Of The Real Estate Development Enterprise Based On The Internet Of Things

In recent years, China’s real estate development tends to expand station. The high price of the house makes people have a great pressure. The government enacts a lot of policy in order to control the price. The real estate development enterprises are facing tremendous pressure under these policies. Especially in the highly competitive market environment, the real estate development enterprises profit margins become smaller and smaller. The future of real estate development companies must change the traditional way of the business in this case. In order to win the market competitive advantage, the companies must strength the cooperation with their supply chain enterprise and use new technology to shorten the project time, reduce cost and ensure the product quality.Firstly, we propose an idea that putting the technology to Internet of things into the supply chain of the real estate development basing on the present station of the development of estate and the Internet of things used at home and abroad. It is possible to use the Internet of things into the supply chain management of the real estate development enterprise through analyzing the strength、weakness、opportunity and threats they faced. Secondly, we analysis the effect and value to use the Internet of things basing on it is feasible. Finally, we identify the factors which influence the real estate development enterprise using the Internet of things initially through establishing the TOE structure model. Using the SEM and Amos17.0to process the data which got from questionnaire the factors are confirmed which I hope that provide a reference recommendations for business managers who wants to know the effect factors.
