Study On The Fuping Farmers’ Income Factors

Farmer issues make the core of the Three Rural Issues， and the income of farmersmakes the core of Farmer issues， researching on famers’ income problem is to seize theThree Rural Issues’ cause and origin of lifeline. In resent years， the farmers’ incomegrowth rate is higher than the growth rate of urban residents’ income. However， thecardinal number of farmers’ income is poor， and the income gap between farmers andurban residents is still large. As a result， increasing the farmers’ income， especially forthe area which is lack of resources， gradually narrowing the income gap between urbanand rural areas, is the essential task to build a moderately prosperous society and to protectnational stability and harmony.Fuping is the national poor county which located in the mountain areas of Baoding.Researching on the hence of farmers’ income in Fuping is helpful to improve farmers’enthusiasm and stabilize agricultural production safety， is helpful to narrow the incomegap between the community and build a comprehensive and harmonious society， ishelpful to promote capital elements back to agriculture and accelerate the development ofbasic industries， is helpful to increase the per capita net income and continue to maintaineconomic growth. Meanwhile， there is important reference value and significance to theother poor counties’ development.The paper both analyze the such problems in theory and empirical. To the theoryanalysis，the paper takes the agriculture as the critical point， both study on the influenceof the external factors and internal factors of farmers’ income. The external factors areseparately about the political, the economic, and the social factors. The internal factors areincluding the production and operation factors, the agricultural foundational factors and theproducts market factors. Based on the statistical data of Fuping county, using the multiplelinear regression analyze the reasons which influence the farmers’ income of Fupingcounty in the micro perspective， and get a conclusion that Urbanization rate makes apositive effects of changes to the average annual net income of farmers; agro-labor ratioproduces a strong reverse effect on the average annual net income of farmers; highlyqualified labor force produces a weak positive impact on annual net income of farmers;agricultural industry operation rate generated positively impact to per capita net income offarmers.For practical problems and influencing factors of farmers’ income in Fuping， the paper shows perspective of tap the internal potential of agriculture， increase agriculturalexternal supporting， improve the system constructions， in order to develop characteristicagriculture， makes the suggestions that promote the development of rural specializedcooperative economic organizations， promote rural township enterprises and othernon-agricultural industries， force to promote reform and innovation of rural financialsystem， establish and improve the land use rights transfer system and social securitysystem， strengthen education and research investment to improve the quality of laborforce and the level of agricultural technology in rural areas， promote the construction ofnew socialist countryside and so on.
