In recent years, the relevantcompetent departments of construction promote actively establishment and perfection of thesystem in labor subcontracting and labor service enterprises in our country. The constructionmarket in our country has been basically formed labor subcontracting system of laboroperations subcontracting to service enterprises who have appropriate qualifications, a numberof labor service enterprises with large-scale and regularization are set up in constructionmarket.
