Through almost twenty years of development and perfection, Engineering cost consultingcompany have become a heavyweight presence in the fields of investment and construction.There are huge achievements in this trade that are not only on the number of cost engineer andcorporation but also on the certified quality and managed level. According to the statisticaldata can be seen obviously, income of the construction cost consulting company is rising overyears, which reveals a bright and high-potential market. Thanks to the harmonious exteriorenvironment, an increasing number of newly-born enterprises have achieved varying degreesof success. However, facing the furious market competition, invincible solutions that variouskinds of establishments are seeking for to maintain their success become a company concern.Human resource is core strength of the engineering cost consulting company, human resourceadvantage is the key for the project cost consultation enterprise’s development and expansion.So, based on the engineering cost consultation enterprises employee needs and humanresource management as the research object, further puts forward a series of advices toincrease the skill of the project cost consultation enterprise’s human resources management toimprove the project cost consultation enterprise’s core competitive ability.The study summarized a large number of related literatures, starting with the currentsituation of national engineering cost consultation enterprises and practitioners, and integratingMaslow’s Need Hierarchy Theory, carried out analytical hierarchy process regardingemployees’ needs, structured a human resources management (HRM) diagnosis model. In addition, a corresponding index system was also established in this paper through theunderstanding of employees requirements and the use of b alanced score card(BSC), in orderto help different companies conduct scientific and reasonable analysis on their HRM-relatedproblems. Eventually, on the basis of diagnosis results, it proposes amelioratecountermeasures based on Marlow’s Need Hierarchy Theory. At last, the article adopted thefacts of Company TC, analyzed it HRM status, tailored a series of ameliorate solutions fortheir HRM.The research is about that reasonable suggestion for human resource management of theengineering cost consulting company; it is useful to the reference value and practicalsignificance.
