With the development of social economy and accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO),Express industry has been rapid development? Status in the national economy is becoming more and more prominent. The four major international express delivery companies have entered the domestic market,and privately operated express delivery companies rise rapidly,China Post Express Logistics Company confronted with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This paper expounds the express business status of the international and domestic enterprise.Using the SWOT analytic method, the internal and external environment of China Post Express Logistics Company is elaborated in detail.Aiming at the existing problems and combined with the express industry development trend, some effective strategies and measures are put forward,the core competitive advantage of the enterprise is enhanced continuously,so that the enterprise is in a favorable position in the fierce market competition environment.In the enterprise culture, enterprise culture will be penetrated into every link of enterprise operation,the social responsibilities should be undertaken.In the quality management,the quality system must be established,quality control is strengthened.In informatization construction, the perfect combination of scientific management and information system application is achieved,RFID Technology should been applied in the product process.In the marketing management,the marketing system must be improve,the marketing team must be constructed,The controllable factors of marketing strategy are combined and implied.
