Study On The Quality Improvement Of Taishan(AF) Based On The DMAIC Methods

Under the market economy conditions,competition between the tobacco companies is becoming fiercer.The emphasis has been focused on the competition of the business core capacity for the quality of management;The tobacco companies need more advanced quality management,concept and methods to iprove the produact quality Taishan(AF),as the main exporting brand of Jinan cigarette Factory,has been well-knowned overseas a longtime becouse of special sensory quality.As we know,quality is a significant issue to all corporations.There are many methods can be chosen when a corporation needs to improve its throughput.Which method to choose rests on the characteristic,actual situation and external circumstance of corporation.The Six Sigma theory has been used successfully about thirties years worldwide.Through analyzing and discussing the actual using process of the Six Sigma management theory,Management Science and Statistics,the paper expand the value and feasibility of the Six Sigma management implement in the tobacco companies.In the paper,I combined my experience in cigarette factory to the Six Sigma management theory.This paper will provid a experience model for other other tobacco companies.
