Recent years, logistics has gradually become a new economic topic. With the integration of global economic, the international competition logistics enterprise faced will more and more furious. Nowadays, middle & small-scale third party logistics enterprises have a big rate in China logistics enterprises .It is very important that middle & small-scale third party logistics enterprise strengthen supervision management and accelerate improvement of economic benefit and strengthen international competence. However, comprehensive performance of logistics enterprise is evaluated completely and accurately and timely , which is the basis and key to ensure enterprise run and realize goal and pursue value. How to develop the developing logistics enterprises healthily and orderly and How to evaluate the logistics performance are questions for discussion .An active and meaningful discussion has been made in this paper.Firstly, based on the exploration of the theory of performance evaluation and the development of middle & small-scale third party logistics enterprise, the particularity and necessity of middle and small-scale third party logistics enterprise is pointed out. According to these, the whole frame of logistics performance evaluation system is pointed out, which means that we should pick up index and evaluation measures from finance, operation and client parts.Secondly, Based on the frame discussed above, the performance evaluation project has been devised for Hotheart logistics Ltd. that is a typical middle and small scale third party logistics enterprise. The performance evaluation system has been devised by analyzing the inside management and outside market, enterprise structure and service ability of Hotheart logistics enterprise, and the total performance has been evaluated by applying AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation.Finally, The conclusion of this paper is summed up.This paper carries out innovative theory and practices exploration by studying on evaluation index system, the evaluation methods of logistics enterprise. It is meaningful to promote the competition for enterprise and government.In additions, I have spent two years in researching Third Party Logistics performance evaluation system. In order to making the system more practical, I have worked in Hotheart Logistics Ltd. for six months. The board of Hotheart approves the performance evaluation. The system has made some impression.There is no end to research the performance evaluation system of logistics enterprise. In the future study, we should carry out a deepen study to the construction and consummation of performance evaluation system of logistics enterprise, the improving performance of logistics enterprise, etc, in order to drive the rapid development of logistics enterprise.
