In China,the development of E-Business for Tourism is later than westerncountry, The dramatic growth in the number of internet users over past decade andonline transactions are continuously increasing, causes many traditional industrialstructure changed. Tourism is an information-based business, ideal partners withinternet and this new pattern has accepted by consumer. As a result, application ofE-business is a pioneer in all arena. E-business is emerging technology in tourismindustry, creating tourism resources integration and sharing, adjust industrialstructure, helping the economic grows, and also has a market demand significance.The tourism product has two modes which are online and online to offline (O2O). TheO2O model provides a great economic opportunity in China, especially in HenanProvince. Henan has rich tourism resources, perfect travelling facilities and excellentgeographical location, also a huge demand. It is perfect for tourism. However, theHenan Province is under development in O2O model. This article will address on thee-business and tourism in Henan province. It will though the case study model, thepresent situation of tourism and adopts the SWOT method to analyzing the existingproblem. At the end, we will give some recommendation and opinion.
