In the situation of continuous developed market economy, more and moreconstructioncompanies in our country have been completing with foreign companies in the market ofinternational construction market, but the management style in construction market of ourcountry is still extensive. Construction Company must improve the qualities and abilitiesof its employees and it must choose the most suitable person for all posts if it wants toimprove the current situation existed in its organization in the situation of talented peopleis the core factor of market competition. Furthermore, a project manager is therepresentative and executor of the company’s legal and he is at the core of the project.
