Research On The Development Path And Model Of Agritourism Industrialization In Huangpi District, Wuhan

As an eco-tourism, leisure agriculture products are liked by tourists in China gradually. It is showing a trend of rapid development across the country, and the central and local governments support release many enabling policies to leisure agriculture development. However, due to the low degree of market irregularities, production organization and other reasons, current leisure agriculture’s production are more dispersed, the overall efficiency is not high, the increasing effect of farmers income is not strong. Industrialized development of agriculture is an important way to solve this problem.This paper is a case studies choosing Huangpi District in Wuhan as its research object, because of it awarded "2012National Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism Demonstration Counties". The research focus on the constraints, development path, organizational models on the development of leisure agriculture industrialization through qualitative and quantitative research methods. First of all, according to the establishment of evaluation indicator system, we get the assessment of Huangpi District agriculture industrialization development level which is in the medium-high level (level value is0.695); Next, through a questionnaire investigation and SPSS statistical analysis, the author concluded that the current major constraints of leisure agriculture industrialization are: participation, market risk, service, system and policy environment.Based on the analysis of Huangpi District leisure agriculture development situation and problems, this paper summarizes Huangpi’s experiences and laws in the development of leisure agricultural industrialization. Industrial policy and comprehensive benefits are key drivers in the development of leisure agricultural industrialization in Huangpi District; On the path choice, pulling the market demand, tourism industry and leading enterprises drive are the typical development path for leisure agricultural industrialization; In terms of leisure agriculture industrialization organization of production, individual farmers, farmers+farmers, companies+farmers and other leisure agriculture organizations co-exist, in their own ways.Finally, in order to improve the level of Huangpi District leisure agriculture development, this paper put out some thoughts and policy recommendations from the following aspects, like industrial development objective, industrial integration strategy, the industrial chain extending several aspects, public services, industry support policies.
