Study On Countermeasures Of Agricultural Mechanization Development In Central Region

The development level of agricultural mechanization is an important sign tomeasure the level of development of agricultural modernization of a country and area.Because of the differences in natural resources, technology, and economic conditionsof the existence in the central region, the development of agricultural mechanizationin the central lagged behind the eastern area. Analysis of the development status ofagricultural mechanization in central areas, learn from the successful experience ofthe eastern region, can suit one’s measures to local conditions, classification guidance,formulate the corresponding development strategy according to the actual situation ofthe central region, thereby promoting the development of agricultural mechanizationin central region.This paper mainly adopts comparative research and empirical analysis method,applying the theory of regional economy, aiming at the development direction ofdomestic and foreign agricultural mechanization, focusing on how to better and fasterdevelopment of agricultural machinery in central region of this topic research work.First of all, the research status and development trend of domestic and internationalagricultural mechanization were summarized and reviewed; then, analyzed the currentdevelopment situation of agricultural machinery of the central region, thecomprehensive evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation of agriculturalmechanization development in different regions, and points out that the developmentprocess of central provinces of agricultural mechanization lags behind the east area,agricultural machinery and equipment quantity is insufficient and the structure isunreasonable, the development of agricultural cooperative organization is relativelybackward, and analyzes the causes of this situation; then, the advanced experience ofthe development of agricultural mechanization in the eastern area is analyzed, it ispointed out that the correct policy, advanced scientific research and a high level ofagricultural cooperative organizations to effectively promote the development ofagricultural mechanization; based on the full use of agricultural mechanizationdevelopment in the eastern region’s experience, combined with various factorsrestricting the development of the central region in the process of agriculturalmechanization, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the developmentof agricultural mechanization in central area from the aspects of policy, financial laws,safeguard mechanism, agricultural cooperation organization and the agricultural area,the countermeasures for the central region of agricultural.
