| This thesis researches the company orperation and entrepreneurial practice of a start-up company Weiye Diagnostics Co.,Ltd.,which is in IVD(in vitro diagnostic products)industry of Biotechnology products filed of Medical – health care area,during the company seeks to achieve A financing round from venture capital.And it presents the detailed situation and scenario that the company met then,consequently to reveal the representative and typical problems of the company and solutions of a start-up company in the industry,and also in the specific period.It describes and analysis the status in quo of the company and the whole process of the A financing round.Especially,the thesis studies the company by a follow up and tracking mood before and after the A financing round,including premises,processes and results.Among entrepreneurial theories,Timmons’ model of dynamic new venture creation,the 3 key factors such as opportunity,team and resources and the level they match,is one of the most important theories to guide a start-up company to develop itself.The thesis trys to fully understand and interpreter the theory,and makes comparison and appraisal between the theory and actual situation of the company then.Based on the theory to make case study of Weiye Diagnostics,the thesis finds out the conformances and differences between the actual entrepreneurial practice and the theory,factor by factor.Furthermore,to aim at CLIA(Chemilumineseent immunoassay)products market,a niche division of IVD industry,under the specific situation,the study makes supplement and completion to the theory.And it also emphasizes the necessity of analytical dimension of business model to the company,especially for the companies like Weiye Diagnostics.At the last part of the thesis,by means of conclusion it draws from the case study,it offers suggestions and proposals to the companies in the same industry and similar development stage as Weiye Diagnostics in. |
