Problem Study On The Improvement Of Off-farm Workers Employability In Donggang Of Liaoning Province

The off-farm worker is a special group throughout our economic transform and institutional change,and their employment problem has close relation to our fast development of economy and stability ofsociety. However, because of lack of education and skill, off-farm workers are always in an awkwardsituation, which is that their employment opportunity is instable, work benefit is few, and job security ispoor. As a conclusion, to improve off-farm orkers’w employability is urgently necessary. In this paper,for’ purpose of realizing the key inlfuencing factor of off-farm workers employability to ifnd aneffective solution and improve their employability after all, Donggang of Liaoning Province being anexample, the methods including questionnaire and statistics will be employed to study and analyzeoff-farm workers’ employability.
