One of the most impoverished people in china rural areas, young people are attracted to the city's employment opportunities and relatively high wages, so they leave their homes to try to get a better life, about 62% of the rural population aged 15-30 leave home to more developed towns and cities in search of work for the development and prosperity of the city made a great contribution. However, most young people still engaged in manual labor of migrant workers and low-skilled jobs, and in some cases may be subject to exploitation. The most likely to be marginalized are the potential of young migrant workers who have low level of education and low skills, whether they are prepared to do to enter the labor force and have the availability of appropriate employment.is the biggest concern of this study.In the 20th century 50 years, human resources management research focus-employability literature appeared in Western countries. As time progress, the theory of employment capacity in constant depth change. In the 21st century, the theory of the employability and practice gradually extended to wider areas. But researchers in different areas of research from different perspectives, so the concept of employability has not yet unified. With the adjustment of employment policies and large-scale enrollment ,lots of students were trapped in the emergence of the difficult employment situation, meanwhile, China's scholars began to concern related to the employability of theoretical research in this area, based on the Western scholars in the reference definition for the concept of employability.add to China's national conditions. However, scholars rarely concern the employability of the vulnerable groups of young migrant workers of youth employability of migrant workers is still the initial stage of.The paper study in the employers of migrant workers and the employability status of the potential migrant workers in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province.First, access to the literature on the theory of the employment capacity, described the development process of employability, international definition of the concept of employability and composition studies in detail, and as the theoretical concepts and basis for the concept and components of employability potential young migrants workers.Secondly, based on the theoretical research in the employability of migrant workers and the needs of the employer survey, design a capacity of the potential of young migrant workers in employment questionnaire. In order to develop a more rational scientific questionnaire, this study used an expert survey, released on employment through the ability of the questionnaire evaluation index system, the experts gathered for the potential ability of young migrant workers in employment advice, through analysis and sorting, identified potential employability of young migrant workers the elements, once again to investigate the potential of youth employability status of migrant workers provided a theoretical basis.Third, to ensure that the status of the potential ability of young migrant workers in employment is scientific truth, the study have a research on the graduate students of secondary vocational education in the form of questionnaire, in quite common to go out of the three counties of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province find out the status of the potential of young migrant workers employability.Based on this, the author try to analyses the impacts on the current potential capacity of young migrant workers and summed up the problems and causes.Fourth, according to surveys,analysis of the results,it is found that(1) the overall level of empolability of potential young migrant workers is relatively low. (2) young migrant workers grasp better in the professional skills and knowledge, more in line with labor needs of enterprises, but the practical skills is relatively poor. And non-intelligence capabilities (such as:career planning capacity, urban life adaption, anti-frustration ability, teamwork ability, self-protection) is also relatively weak, do not meet the needs of society. (3) potential young migrant workers of different sepciality have some differences to grasp the empolability. For example.students in machinery, electronics and computer classes, grasp professional knowledge and skills better. However, the communication skills, adaptability, career planning capacity is weak.Finally,in order to impove the empolability of potential young migrant workers,it is suggested tha:school level:first, adjust the teaching plan and strengthen the practice of teaching. Secondly, it must attach importance to moral education. Third, the school must enrich the campus culture. Fourth, it need additional knowledge of the educational content of city life. Fifth,it should improve existing teaching methods and evaluation. Sixth, it should improve the overall quality of the instructor. Student level:they must first learn of their own rational allocation of resources. Second, they should strengthen the self-learning ability. |
