Comprehensive Evaluation Of Innovative Ability And Management Research Of Qingdao

This paper is in the background of actively promoting city’s technologyinnovation, promoting regional economic development so as to building innovativecountry.The purpose of this paper is analyzing the innovation capability of Qingdao,then evaluating the level of urban innovative ability.This paper is guided by innovationtheory such as national systems of innovation, regional systems of innovation and soon,based on existing research at home and abroad.Firstly, a series of concepts are described in this paper, including science andtechnology, innovation, innovative cities, and what’s technological innovation-orientedcity,then sum up the characteristics of technological innovation-oriented city.According to the above-mentioned and the theory of the national innovation systemand regional innovation system, in the use of reasonable and scientific method,20evaluation indicators are selected for the construction of urban innovation evaluationsystem, with purpose of illustrate innovation environment, innovation input, creativeindustries, innovation output and innovation performance of Qingdao and the other14deputy provincial city,too. So we can analyze Qingdao technology innovation,evenreach conclusions of the level of Qingdao scientific and technological innovationcapability compared with sub-provincial city. Lastly,some effective measures andstrategies on how to enhancing the quality of Qingdao innovation and strengtheningmanagement are suggested.This paper is on the basis of a large number of research on city innovation, andusing a combination of theoretical and empirical, also qualitative and quantitativeanalysis methods.
