Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Innovative City’s Innovative Ability

The innovative city, product of knowledge-intensive development of urban areas,comes to be a brand new conceptualization and mode for urban development. Afterproposing strategy of innovative national, there had more than two hundreds citiespropose that construct the high level the innovative city successively. So it becomes moreand more urgent to construct a theoretical framework and to find a strategy out forinnovative city in the context of Chinese transformation. That is what this Paper targets toresolve.Based on the literature read, understand and master the city’s domestic andinternational research on the innovative dynamics, and then understand the theory ofinnovation-oriented city. On this basis, this meaning from the innovation-oriented city,the main mode of development, the evaluation index system and other aspects ofdomestic and foreign innovative theory and practice of urban construction, a systematicanalysis and generalization. By analyzing the content of an innovative city, from the cityof knowledge innovation, technological innovation, urban system innovation, serviceinnovation city, urban and cultural innovation, integrated innovation performance of sixaspects of construct contains60indicators of innovation-oriented city’s innovationcapacity evaluation system, on this basis, the use of correlation analysis method forscreening a great duplication of information not related to the target, obtained with35indicators of the final evaluation index system. Selected papers in the last part of Beijing,Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangdong, Shenzhen, five representative cities using factor analysisof empirical research, come to this city’s innovation capacity of the five final ranking,and accordingly made a number of construction innovations-city proposal, making this areality with some guidance.
