The Application Of Construction Project Risk Management

From the owner’s point of view,for the actual situation that high risks and uncertaintiesdue to a lot of construction projects,large investment,long construction period,a great deal ofparticipation companies,cross construction projects and other factors.In order to ensure theowner’s construction goal smoothly realized and Reduce the loss caused by the risk,in theprocess of the construction projects,the owner adopted theory of the construction projectmanagement and methods of risk management.This paper discusses the development of the construction project risk managementtheory,processes and methods risk characteristics and classification of risk management.Subsequently,on the basis of risk management theory and methods,selected the TarimTransportation company BG project as an example,using the Delphi method,the risk ofstructural decomposition methods and checklists for each stage of the project to do the riskidentification,classification and summarize,established the risk assessment model,using theanalytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of risk factors,using the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively describe the probability of occurrence of arisk,using the ABC classification to classify the risk,obtain the Risk factors derived from highto low is investment schedule，quality,safety. According to the different risk， formulated thecorresponding risk countermeasure,in the process of project running, monitored andcontrolled the risk in order to reduce the risk of project and reach the expected aim.
