With the development of the times,the competition among enterprises is the competition of knowledge,information and time,so it's the key of the enterprise's development to find out the problems in the organization,and improve the work performance.Therefore,how to mobilize the subjective initiative of employee and promote employee' voice has become the hotspot.Starting from "Multi-factor leadership style",this paper explores the influence mechanism of transactional,laissez-faire and transformational leadership styles on employee voice behavior,and the role of psychological empowerment through a six-month follow-up study of 255 subjects.The main results are as follows:(1)The transactional and transformational leadership style can positively predict the employees' inhibitive voice and promotive voice,the laissez-faire leadership style has no significant influence on the employees' voice behavior;Transactional and transformational leadership style can promote the psychological empowerment of employees,laissez-faire leadership style had no significant effect on the psychological empowerment of employees.(2)Psychological empowerment promotes both inhibitive and promotive voice behavior of employees.That is,employees feel the higher the intensity of psychological empowerment,the more willing employees to voice.(3)Psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role between transactional leadership style and transformational leadership style and employees' voice behavior(inhibitive voice and promotive voice).That is,transactional leadership style and transformational leadership style influence employees voice behavior through psychological empowerment.(4)It is proved by longitudinal study that psychological empowerment plays a stable role in the intermediary role between transactional leadership style,transformational leadership style and employees' voice behavior.The research basically verifies the theoretical hypothesis,compared with laissez-faire leadership style,transactional leadership style and transformational leadership style have more positive influence on employees' voice behavior.
