Study On The Current Situation And Evaluation Of Industrial Land Utilization In Karamay City

Land resources is the material basis of human survival and life,at the same time rely on the activities of production and living of human beings.However,in the present stage our country population much less land,a serious shortage of reserve cultivated land resources,under the conditions of unbalanced economic development,how to reasonable configuration of land resources,to adjust the contradiction between man and land,to ensure the land resources meet the requirements of urban economic development become the significant problems we face.Taking Xinjiang Karamay as the study area.From the Angle of industrial economics,according to the meaning of land use to analysis of present situation and characteristics of the industrial structure,current situation and problems of industrial land of Karamay,using the evaluation index system to comprehensive evaluation and its various urban industrial land use level of Karamay,and based on this,advances the principles and countermeasures to solve the problem of industrial land use of Karamay.In this paper,the industrial land use level of Karamay as empirical research,the main results are as follows:(1)the article systematically expounds the theory research system of industrial land use,and thus from the level of economic,social,and ecological aspects systematically analyzes the Karamay and inheritance of the urban land utilization level,Karamay is constructed and the evaluation index system of industrial land use in urban areas.on this basis the overall of industry land utilization level of Karamay is general.it need to improve the level of social and ecological development,for the adjustment of industrial structure and land use planning of Karamay development to provide reference for reference.(2)the study of regional industrial structure situation,analyze the present situation and characteristics of the industrial structure of Karamay,based on industry economics point of view,conclude that the characteristics of the current industrial structure.(3)analyzing the regional industry land use present situation and comparative advantage,sums up the problems of industrial land use of Karamay,on this basis,put forward the development of industry land and the protection principle and countermeasure suggestions.
