Study On The Evaluation Of Land Intensive Use In Dushanzi District Of Karamay City

Carrying out the evaluation of intensive urban land use, obtaining a quantitive and qualitativeunderstanding of the current situation and existing problems of the urban land use, and identifying effectiveways to improve urban land use efficiency are conductive to the optimal allocation of urban land resourcesand rational utilization and to the transformation of the city from the outward expansion to the combinationof both outward expansion and connotation tapping latent potentialities.This paper discusses the purpose and significance of the research, domestic and foreign researchreview, research methods and routes. Detailed introduction to the theory of intensive land use is conductedincluding an overview of intensive land use, content, and format of the basic characteristics of the type.Also it introduces the basic theory of intensive land use. Based on the introduction of the current situationof intensive land use, the thesis establishes the index system by adopting AHP and meanwhile establishesthe index system by the division of three functional areas including residential, industrial and commercialones. In calculating each indicator system, the thesis uses Intensity things AHP，Delphi, comprehensivescoring method. Finally, intensive land use Dushanzi District of Karamay City potential of estimates, thepotential use of the land area and land-use efficiency potential calculation model calculation model.In this paper, the following conclusions by the above method: Dushanzi District of Karamay City, theoverall urban land use intensity of0.5002at the basic intensive phase. Residential land intensive degree of0.5071in basic intensive phase, commercial land intensive degree of0.3167in the extensive stage, thedegree of industrial land intensive compared to0.7188in the intensive phase.On the basis of detailed analysis and evaluation of the results, the thesis gives some suggestions toimprove the Dushanzi District of Karamay City’s intensive land use:1related policies and measures shouldbe taken to strengthen the government departments;2it is a duty to perfectify control system, strengthenurban land intensive utilization;3strengthening land ecosystems construction is great necessity;4rationaldevelopment strategies should be made based on urban development stage. The recommendations are in aposition to serve as the reference for the proper and intensive use of the land in the local area.
