| Incentive system is a highly effective method for company to keep their sta ff’s working initiative, to increase their staff’s level of satisfaction and also to im prove enterprise’s efficiency. Since19th century, along with the management lev el increasing, incentive theories had become more popular in western countries. Early theories are known as cognitive school, which answered what is the found ation of motivating working initiative. Abraham Harold Maslow was their repres entative. In the middle, behaviorism believed that goals can have effect on peopl e’s needs, then motive people’s action. Victor H. Vroom was their representativ e. After that, E.E.Lawler and L.W.Porter brought up comprehensive incentive m odel, which combined the advantage of both side, and put quantitative analysis model inside. This model had increased the relevance level of staff’s goals and o rganization’s goals, continuously improve the production efficiency of the mode rn enterprise. Since China’s reform and open to the outside world, the market co mpetition had become much more stronger. Therefore, human resource are playi ng a much more important role in a company. As managers of enterprises want t o improve the efficiency of their staff, many researchers are now working on do mestic incentive theories.This article’s research object is CB company, a subordinate enterprise of a development district. By using literature theory research and questionnaire methods, it did research on incentive system building of subordinate enterprise of development districts. The article elaborates the background and meaning of the research. At mean time, it illustrates the research view of domestic and overseas theories of incentive system, and shows up the structure of the article. Secondly, through methods of questionnaire survey, people visit, it takes a whole vision of current incentive system of CB company, analyses problem of their current incentive system, find out reasons of that. Then the article made an adjustment and improvement of CB groups incentive system, provides a solutions to those main problems, which are salary system is rigid, lake of inside fairness, welfare system is fixed and too simple, etc. It also gives the security measures in the implementation of the incentives.CB company is currently going through transformation stage of marketing development. Their current incentive system can’t meet the enterprise’s current needs. The incentive system has hold back the company from development. Therefore, this article has focus on solving these problems, and provide a full solution to improve CB company’s incentive system. By doing that, we are hoping to promote the reform of the internal management of enterprises, then to achieve the strategic objectives of them. Meanwhile, through this research, we are trying to find out a suitable incentive system for most subordinate enterprise of economic development district in our country, and also to make some contribution to the development of the domestic incentive theories. |
