With the rapid development of Internet technology, the traditional business model in the information age gradually presented the unavoidable defects and weak, many industries also because of the development of electricity market pattern was broken.Domestic jewelry industry is also facing a similar fate, with the Internet technology of information-based business gradually climbed to the top of the industry chain.Y jewelry company was founded in2009, is engaged in the jewellery design and the retail business of small and medium-sized jewelry enterprises.After five years of entrepreneurial stage, the company is still in a state of slow development, face the market big changes at the same time, the original management pattern already can’t support the company continued forward.Based on business model innovation as the selected topic, the related theory at home and abroad for reference, a clear business model analysis of the connotation and elements of the use of the existing academic theory and analysis model is put forward in combination with informationization environment suitable for business model research, this paper analyses the model, and sums up the business model analysis and innovation must, from the perspective of the value orientation, the key resources of enterprises, business systems, profit model and found problems in the structure of cash flow elements, the cause of the problem are summarized based on internal and external environment.This article through the analysis of the business model relevant tools to Y jewelry company as a case for systematic analysis and theoretical application, points out the problems existing in the company on the business model:key resources ability insufficiency, the single system and asset problem of high density and low efficiency of management, and use the Internet technology to establish the company’s information application platform, break traditional management mode, refactoring has the characteristic information of the new business model.And by using the logical relationship between each factor to the company’s value proposition and key resource, profit model and internal management environment adjustment and improvement of key elements such as highlighted in the Internet age business value of information.Finally, the implementation of the new business model periodic solutions and guarantee measures are put forward.
