County Tourism Investment Environment Evaluation Research

The tourism in China has become the national economy pillar industry after years of development,especially since the 21st century,the speed of capital,technology coming into the tourism was accelerated,the academic study of regional tourism investment has entered a stage of explosive.However,the current study of regional tourism is more concentrated at the provincial and notional level,while ignoring the basic unit of the regional tourism development in our country,which is the county tourism.County is the most dynamic areas of the China economical map,it is very important to the development of its tourism industry,therefore,further study of the county tourism investment environment is not only beneficial to guarantee the foundation of tourism industry and firm,help to promote tourism development,and to narrow the gap between urban and rural,promote our country's modernization construction,the social harmony and stability,as well as the solution of the rural problems.The article takes six counties of Shangluo as research object and analyzes its investment environment of tourism by the evaluation index system based on the theoretical research and academic research achievements for reference.Based on the theories and literatures about the investment environment evaluation index system of regional tourism and influence factors,and through expert consultation method,finally try to build the investment environment evaluation index system of county tourism,the system includes condition of economical foundation,tourism status,regional location and external environment of the four factors affecting the level.Then select cross-section data and do the stratification and comprehensive evaluation to the investment environment of tourism of six counties in Shangluo through principal component analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis methods.This analysis will give the main factors influencing the investment environment of tourism.Finally according to the analysis results of tourism investment environment of tourism of Shangluo offers optimized suggestions.Chapter one and chapter two of this article are introduction and basic theory part.Chapter three and chapter four are mainly the building of investment environment evaluation system of tourism and making use of the evaluation system to six counties in Shangluo.The last two chapters is according to the evaluation results of investment environment of county tourism to give optimized suggestions and conclusions in this article.Through studying,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The investment environment of county tourism is a kind of specific investment environment of regional tourism,so it is as the same as investment environment of regional tourism and is not a simple system but as a vast amount of composite system.The investment environment of county tourism is in a certain time and at the county level within the scope of investment of tourism by creating various internal and external factors of organic complex.Tourism industry is comprehensive and systemic,which determines its environment of investment is a combination of various factors of composite system performance,rather than a single aspect and the performance of the single factor,it is on the tourism industry itself and the environment comprehensive measure.(2)The investment environment of county tourism is a multi-level complex system.On this basis,the article divides the factors that affect the environment to four levels:Economical Foundation,Tourism Status,Regional Location and External Environment,which constructs the analysis frame of investment environment of county tourism.(3)Economical foundation,tourism status,regional location and external environment has important effects in the investment environment of county tourism,according to the influence degree from big to small:tourism status,economical foundation,regional location and external environment.(4)After comprehensive evaluating the investment environment of tourism of six counties in Shangluo,there are conclusions as the investment environment of tourism of Shangnan and Zhashui ranking first and second,the investment environment of tourism of Zhen'an and Danfeng ranking third and fourth,the investment environment of tourism of Shanyang and Luonan ranking fifth and sixth.(5)There is a gap of investment environment of tourism between six counties in Shangluo.Four aspects as economical foundation,tourism status,regional location and external environment don't achieve better coordination,four aspects need to advance in the later development.
