With the rapid development of the global economy,the competition between countries,individuals and businesses across the globe is growing. In such increasingly complex competitive environment,the problem the companies must be faced to is that how to get a sustainable competitive advantage.As the most effective weapon to the companies,Innovation reflected in all aspects of business production and activities and it is also a kind of means to achieve sustainable competitive advantages.Therefore,Innovation have become a hot issue whether in academia or in management practices.However, more of the currently academic researches about innovation are focused on the entrepreneurs and business’s innovation activities and the impact factors to these activities.But the studies about the corporate innovation performance and the impact mechanism of the corporate innovation performance, particularly the psychological factor’s impact to the corporate innovation performance, are less and less.The subject of innovation activities are individuals, including entrepreneur and ordinary staff.lt is very importance to understand the relationship between staff’s psychological feeling and enterprise innovation performance.With the knowledge economy times coming,the enterprise’s competition graduate into fight over the talent and knowledge.Talent and knowledge is increasingly becoming a kind of indispensable strategic resource to enterprise.The employees which have high loyalty and high recognition to the company will like to share knowledge with others and have more innovation activities.And knowledge sharing activities among employees can significantly enhance the enterprise innovation performance.Therefore,researching on the influences about organizational commitment to knowledge sharing and enterprise innovation performance has important significance either for academic or business.Therefore, based on the extensive literature, we try to introduce the variable of knowledge sharing into the study of organizational commitment and enterprise innovation performance.Taking knowledge sharing as a intermediary variable and exploring the relationship between organizational commitment and enterprise innovation performance is the innovation of this paper. Basis on the collected188valid questionnaires,we through the exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, we came to the conclusions which are as follows:(1Organizational commitment has significant and positive influence on enterprise innovation performance;affective commitment and normative commitment have significant and positive influence on enterprise innovation performance; continuance commitment has negative influence on enterprise innovation performance, but the influence is not significant;(2)Organizational commitment has significant and positive influence on knowledge sharing;and affective commitment and continuance commitment has significant and positive influence on knowledge sharing too; normative commitment has positive influence on knowledge sharing, but the influence is not significant;(3) Knowledge sharing contributes an intermediary role between organizational commitment and enterprise innovative performance, while knowledge sharing contributes a partial intermediary role between affective commitment and enterprise innovative performance.At the same time knowledge sharing contributes a partial intermediary role between normative commitment and enterprise innovative performance, but doesn’t contribute intermediary role between continuance commitment and enterprise innovation performance.
