The Research On Effects Of Urbanization On The Transformation Of Economic Development Mode Of Anhui Province

Urbanization is a key step to accelerate economic transformation, become an important driving force for the transformation of economic development mode. The per capita GDP of Anhui Province is relatively low, the level of the industrial structure is not high, ability in science and technology innovation is weak, which restrict the economic development mode transformation. The urbanization of Anhui province is in the middle stage of accelerating, has a huge development space, can effectively promote the transformation of the mode of economic development. Therefore, the study of urbanization on the impact of the economic development pattern, promoting the new urbanization in Anhui Province, which have a better significance to promote the transformation of economic development mode.Firstly, base on the endogenous growth theory, the flow of factors driving model, input-output relationship model theory, relationship between transformation of urbanization and economic development mode are analyzed in theory. I find that the urbanization mainly works through human capital, material capital, technological innovation and economic structure, affecting the transformation of economic development mode.Secondly, according to the type of the transformation of economic development mode, building the index system, using the average value method to calculate the transformation of economic development mode levels in Anhui Province, I finds that the urbanization and the transformation of economic development mode has obvious positive correlation. The urbanization rate increase by1%, which promote the transformation of economic development mode to improve0.43%, which is conducive to promoting economic development mode changing to intensive economic development mode, consumer oriented economic development mode and innovation driven economic development mode.Again, Using Eviews software, various index value from1996-2012in Anhui province to study the impact of urbanization on economic development mode and four factors by the least squares method. The results showed that:there was a positive correlation between urbanization and human capital, material capital, technological innovation and economic structure. The urbanization rate has increased by1%, to promote scientific and technological innovation to improve17.59%, which indicated that scientific and technological progress significantly influence the transformation of economic development mode; The urbanization rate has increased by1%, to promote material capital to improve10.66%,which suggested that increasing investment in physical capital is conducive to stimulating the rapid economic development; The urbanization rate has increased by1%, to promote economic structure to improve2.08%,which indicated that adjustment of industrial structure is conducive to promote the optimization and upgrading of economic structure; The urbanization rate has increased by1%, to promote human capital to improve1.55%,which illustrated the deepening of human capital is helpful to improve the quality of talent on the transformation of economic development mode contribution.Finally, based on the relevant conclusions, increasing the level of urbanization development are proposed, promoting the high level building of human capital, increasing capital accumulation, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, stimulating technological innovation vitality based on the conclusion.Finally, some recommendations to increase the level of urbanization development are proposed on the relevant conclusions.promoting a high level of human capital construction, increasing the accumulation of physical capital, and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure policy proposals to stimulate technological innovation and vitality and so on.
