With the deep development of social market economy, our country will face a new round of economic reform, the core of this reform is to realize the transformation of economic development mode by adjusting and upgrading industrial structure.The adjustment of industrial structure and the achievement of upgrading have become the goal of economic reform, it calls for members constantly putting into specific production process as a national economic development strategy.It calls for continuously classifying industry organization structure and the way of enterprise management, deepening internal reform and maintaining the enterprise to adapt to the new requirements of the development of market economy. The core idea of market economy is to achieve the efficient allocation of resources, to realize the healthy development of market economy through the establishment of effective competition mechanism, to realize the transformation of economic development mode.Starting from the global economy sustainable development strategy, the market economy of our country is facing grim challenge, which has brought new opportunity to us.We should take the opportunity to quickly development of our market economy with the help of this opportunity. By improving the manufacturing technology of our country, the industrial production is gradually transferred by the world production factory to the world science and technology R&D center, using the high tech to realize industrialization reforming of our country, so that our country will reform from the primary industrialized country to the high scale industrial nation.The advanced industrial country is not only advanced in production efficiency but also in technology, so in face of the challenge of the state, we will continue to accelerate the modernization of science and technology, making the technology as the main tool of China’s transformation of economic development mode, realizing the rapid development of economy. The regional economic developments are not balanced, it is difficult to realize the unification strategic plan, therefore our country has taken the ladder type reforms, setting up flexible multiple mode of economic development. As the economic development of Shang qiu also is facing enormous challenge, deal with which is to use technology to achieve the transformation of economic development mode.The transformation of economic development mode is realized by the adjustment of industry structure and the optimized upgrading of industry, region economy, serving as a key point of optimized and upgraded industry structure, has become the main task in the local government. Henan Shang qiu, as a region economy of adjustment and upgrading of industry structure,realized the transformation of economic development mode by adjusting the industrial structure and setting up comprehensive social system which is related to industrial structure. In shang qiu,in terms of characteristics of economic development and from its existing industrial structure and organization, continuing to going to scale and structuralize to the industrial structure,realizing cluster development of industrial structure. At the same time in the process of adjustment of industrial structure, it should accelerate the perfection of economic system and the public service, continuing to ensure these mechanisms take into effect in the process of transformation of economic development mode. The transformation of economic development mode includes a lot of content, the author analyzes the related problems in the process of transformation of economic development mode through the analyses of the original data and the present situations of transformation of economic development mode. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part defined the concepts which are related to the transformation of economic development mode and illustrated these elements, characteristics which are in the concept and the relationships among them. In the second part, the author carried on the concrete analyses of present situation of economic development by comparing with the former and latter transformation and found out the existing changes in the process of transformation, realizing it promoted the whole economic development in Shang qiu. In the third part, the author focused on analyzing the restrict factors and explained the reasons. In the forth part, the author gave some specific advices by the concrete analyses of the questions mentioned above.
