At present, China is advocating to build a resource saving and environment-friendly society. The closed-loop supply chain is an important form to achieve these goals. It has added the process of renovation, repair, remanufacturing with the waste products to the traditional supply chain. As a kind of supply chain, remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain can make the waste products be remanufactured the same to or better than the new manufacturing, which implemented the professional repair or upgrade technology to the waste products. It is an effective way to solve the waste and pollution of resources such as machinery and equipment caused by large-scale update or scraped. Closed-loop supply chain has caused widespread concern in the community, whose application is also expanding. Pricing, which is an important link of closed-loop supply chain management and application, has caused general attention by scholars and related subjects. In this background, this paper studies the pricing of a remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain constituted by a single manufacturer and a single retailer. In the process of the closed loop supply chains implemented in different industries or products, manufacturers and retailers play different roles. So this paper studied the pricings of the closed-loop supply chains dominated by manufacturer, retailer or both them in Nash equilibrium in the perspective of market power segmentation. Because of the agency relationship between manufacturers and retailers, the asymmetric information will inevitably exist in the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain. Therefore, this paper studies the pricing strategy under different information situation with the game theory for each kind of dominant power. This paper has studied the pricing strategy under unilateral asymmetric information when the closed-loop supply chains dominated by manufacturer or retailer. It has also researched the bilateral asymmetric information when both them in Nash equilibrium. It uses a quantitative method to explore the impact caused by asymmetry information. Through multi-hierarchical comparing and simulation example, this paper finds that the influence of different dominant power and different information situation on pricing sale quantity, recycling quantity and profits. And it has confirmed the dominant factors affecting pricing level and provides a guiding for fundamental decisions of socially relevant departments.
